Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour variable day shifts with a mix of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• May float to additional sites as needed
• On-call requirement of 6-8 weeknight calls and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract
• 30-minute response time required for on-call - must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes
• Call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekend on-call and holiday rotation required
• Minimum 5+ years of OR experience required with at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Experience in a larger facility with comparable ORs of 20+ required
• Circulator role required; scrub experience preferred
• Da Vinci Robotic experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Must have own reliable vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Work across 21 ORs covering all specialties with an average of 45 cases per day
• Required skills include General Surgery, GYN, Urology; Plastics, ENT, and GI experience is a bonus
• Must be flexible, hardworking, resilient, adaptable to change, and willing to perform downtime tasks as needed
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color
