X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• 2x16 hour shifts per week, Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM
• No on-call requirement
• Must have experience in OR and Fluoroscopy
• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT(R)
• Virginia state license required; active state license in hand accepted
• Fluoro experience required
• Required imaging skills include abdomen, upper and lower extremity, head/chest, and spine/pelvis X-rays
• Work settings include Adult Acute Care and Outpatient, bedside/portable, ER, ICU, Pediatrics, PICU, and OR
• Patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• All OR equipment and wireless portables utilized
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Patient ratios: 10 days, 4 nights, 9 weekends
