Physical Therapist Job in McMinnville, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in McMinnville, TN. This is a travel position lasting 89 days, starting June 15, 2026.

Position Details

• 36 hours guaranteed per week, with opportunity to work up to 40 hours
• 5x8 day shift schedule
• Treat traditional outpatient orthopedic patients
• See 12–14 patients per day with productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is part of the workflow
• Float to other clinics as needed

Who You Are

• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are accepted

Compensation & Hours

• Weekly pay: $1,959.03
• Overtime requires director approval before working additional hours
• Local candidates within 50 miles will receive local rate
