Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Winter Garden, FL

You will join a cardiac catheterization lab team as a registered nurse, providing direct patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures. This is a 13-week travel assignment offering stability and professional growth in a specialized clinical environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic status throughout procedures
• Assist the interventional team with procedural setup, equipment management, and patient safety protocols
• Provide post-procedure recovery care and patient education
• Float to another campus location as needed for clinical coverage
• Participate in on-call rotation for vascular procedures, including weekends

Schedule and Duration

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, days: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 13-week assignment beginning July 27, 2026

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Demonstrated experience in cardiac catheterization lab nursing
• Vascular procedure experience required
• Experience in interventional radiology required
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred
• National certification for non-licensed professionals as applicable
• Willingness to serve on-call rotation and float to partner campus

Compensation and Location

• Weekly pay: $2,042.25
• Assignment location: Winter Garden, FL
