<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 40-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM with a 45-minute meal break<br>• No call requirements or weekend coverage required<br>• Float requirement: Yes, may float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby<br>• Must have minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience<br>• First-time travelers accepted<br>• Work setting skills required: High Risk OB and Outpatient GE<br>• General ultrasound skills required: Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Breast, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Pediatric Abdomen/Pelvis, and Spleen<br>• OB/GYN skills required: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, and Placenta Previa<br>• Neonatal skills required: Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Head, and Heart<br>• Renal/Pelvis skills required: Bladder, Hernia, Ovaries, Prostate, Renal/Bladder, Uterus, and Vaginal<br>• Small parts skills required: Breast Cyst Aspiration, Breast Ultrasound, Superficial Masses, Testicles/Scrotum, and Thyroid<br>• Required certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS<br>• Must be a registered diagnostic medical sonographer<br>• Experience with GE equipment required<br>• Epic charting system experience required<br>• Scrubs not provided - any color acceptable<br>• Perform level 1 OB scans and GYN scans for OB/GYN patients<br>• May be assigned to Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team during catastrophic events<br>• Cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or 60 hours per week per fatigue policy<br>• Must complete 4-5 hours of non-billable modules pre-start and annually</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive OB/GYN clinic specializing in high-risk obstetric care and outpatient gynecological services.
