Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Modesto, CA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Sutter Health Briggsmore Specialty Center in Modesto, California. You will work 4x10 day shifts performing nuclear medicine procedures for adult and geriatric patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nuclear stress tests, averaging approximately 12 tests per day
• Conduct exercise and rest testing procedures
• Administer pharmacological stress testing
• Insert and maintain IV lines for radioactive material administration
• Handle and manage radioactive materials according to safety protocols
• Document patient care in Epic charting system
• Float to Sutter Health Stockton location as needed for coverage
• Work weekend shifts based on unit needs

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT N (Nuclear Medicine) or NMT certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification
• RHN (Registered Health Nurse) certification or equivalent
• Valid California radiologic technologist license
• Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to obtain lab work clearance within 3–5 days of contract signing

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 91 days, starting May 11, 2026
• Shift: 4x10 days with start times between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM
• Weekly pay: $3,312
• Facility type: Specialty center

• Seven-year work history verification
• Completion of facility orientation modules, averaging 1–5 hours per module
