Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with call responsibilities
• One weekday call per month required
• One weekend call per month (Friday through Sunday) required
• Holiday call requirements dependent on contract
• Call response time is 30 minutes with facility call room available
• Work in 16-suite CVOR unit handling approximately 30 cases per day
• Common cases include hearts, vascular, thoracic, general, neuro, spine, robotics, and orthopedic procedures
• Open heart and endovascular experience required
• May float to general OR as needed or within Zone 3 facilities if extreme need
• Self-scheduling and block scheduling available
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Orientation includes CVOR and General OR training
• EPIC charting system utilized
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA, Colorado DORA
• Must maintain valid driver's license and be within 60-mile radius
• BSN not required
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
