Job Details:

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician
• Collaborate with patients, family members, significant others, professional peers, and other members of the healthcare team to individualize patient care
• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures
• Apply knowledge of principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice using the nursing process
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required based on specialty area
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in area of clinical specialty preferred
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
