PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in patients' residences
• Consult with patients to assess their current condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on elevating or relieving pain while improving patient mobility
• Create patient-specific fitness programs after determining the root cause of trauma
• Work with patients requiring extra physical help during their recovery process
• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy required, Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
• Current California Physical Therapy license required
• Member of Physical Therapy Association preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license with proof of good driving record required
• Automobile insurance coverage and access to dependable vehicle for traveling to patient homes required
