ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Rotating shift schedule with 36 hours guaranteed per week
• 16-week contract assignment
• Float pool position within the ICU, may be floated to areas of equal or lesser acuity based on operational needs
• Provide inpatient care for adults requiring continuous cardiac and physiologic monitoring
• Care for patients with cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, myocardial infarction, post-procedure cardiac/vascular conditions, pulmonary disease, and other medical/surgical diagnoses
• Manage care ranging from routine telemetry monitoring to high-acuity patients who may require escalation to ICU
• Three or more years of full-time staff RN experience in an ICU at a Level I Trauma Center required
• Hawaii RN license required
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• Required certifications: Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA NIHSS
• All licenses and certifications must be valid at time of application through the duration of the contract
• Requested time off during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday
