RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Pre-Op and PACU or previous endoscopy experience required
• Staff in the Pre-Op/PACU areas
• No holidays, call, or weekend requirements
• Varied work schedule
• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Provide specialized knowledge and nursing skills appropriate to physical and developmental age of patients
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs
• Formulate and implement plans of care based on assessment data and patient needs
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately and timely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Provide direction and supervision to licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics
• Requires fine motor skills and adequate eye-hand coordination
