Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts with Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in outpatient setting
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and screenings
• Develop individualized plans of care with functional goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care progress and continuing treatment needs
• Provide patient and family education to achieve treatment goals
• Complete billing by end of each shift with accurate documentation
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Assist with orientation of new staff and student programs
• Maintain professional image and adhere to attendance policies
• Use MEDITECH charting system
• Required certifications: BLS and AED through American Heart Association
• Current Arizona PT license required
• Recent experience with adult and geriatric populations required
• Must be able to lift and transfer patients and equipment
• 12 hours of non-billable orientation required
• 50-mile radius restriction for local candidates
