Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with every 3rd weekend required
• Holiday rotation required including Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
• 36 guaranteed hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week or when unit is closed for holidays)
• Patient ratio of 1:6 on 2SW Med/Surg unit
• No on-call or call back requirements
• May float to other locations and units as needed based on census
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience required in short-term acute care hospital setting
• At least 1 traveler contract preferred
• Chemo certification preferred
• ONS/ONCC certification preferred but not required
• Epic charting experience within the last 12 months required
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, Wisconsin RN license
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color: Any
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manage change well, be social, have strong documentation skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
