Radiology Technician - Radiology Technician

Job Details:

• Work 5 shifts of 8 hours per day from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Level 1 trauma hospital experience required
• Very busy Level 1 environment
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed
• 2+ years of experience required
• Must be a graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Must be registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio
• Must have successfully completed training to perform other radiology procedures including select CT procedures
• Must be able to appropriately communicate with patients, physicians, and hospital employees
• Must be able to calibrate and operate equipment, properly position patients, and apply and adjust restraining devices
• Must be able to lift and position patients
• CPR certification required
• Must be able to utilize hospital and radiology computer systems and file systems
• Must demonstrate ability to effectively interact with patient populations with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
• Interview required
