<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>SLP - SLP</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM<br>• 13-week assignment<br>• Minimum 2 weekends per 4 weeks required, preferred 4 weekends per 4 weeks<br>• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within speech therapy specialty required<br>• Required certifications: AHA BLS, GA License for SLP, CCC-SLP<br>• Prior experience in acute care preferred<br>• MBS/FEES proficiency preferred but not required<br>• Support acute care patients from physician orders throughout the hospital<br>• Work with wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses including ICU patients<br>• Provide speech therapy services for stroke/neurological patients, dysphagia, respiratory compromise, and cognitive conditions<br>• No local candidates within 50 miles considered</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates an acute care speech therapy department that provides comprehensive speech-language pathology services to hospitalized patients.
