CVOR RN Job in Hudson, FL

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) work on a travel basis. You will work day shift, 5x8 schedule, with variable call responsibilities during night shifts. This is a 91-day assignment starting May 12, 2026.

Role Responsibilities

• Specialize in cardiovascular operating room procedures including CABG and valve replacement surgeries
• Perform thoracic and vascular procedures as needed
• Work in a 12-suite OR environment with 2 dedicated cardiovascular operating rooms
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio for optimal care delivery
• Float to main operating room as required
• Respond to variable on-call schedule during night shifts

Staffing & Schedule

• Day shift team: 4 RNs and 4 CSTs
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Scheduled in accordance with facility policy

Requirements

• 5+ years of cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) experience
• Main OR experience and willingness to float to main operating room
• Current RN license
• Team player with flexibility and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• RNs who scrub
• Experience with Meditech EMR system
