Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts with 4 shifts per week schedule
• Call required with minimum of four call shifts per month
• Must be expert in total joint, orthospine, and DaVinci robot procedures
• Minimum 2 years experience required along with prior travel experience
• Prepare operating room including sterile field, surgical equipment, supplies and solutions
• Pass instruments, fluids and supplies to surgeon during procedures
• Prepare and manage surgical equipment throughout operations
• Simultaneously manage sterile field and specimens
• Perform count of sponges and supplies to prevent foreign retained objects
• Must be certified following successful completion of CAAHEP-accredited program or other programmatically-accredited surgical technology program
• National Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) examination administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required
• No local candidates will be accepted
