Opportunity:RN - Trauma ICUJob Details:• Work in a 30-bed unit located on 3rd floor C Tower • Patient ratios: 2:1 for ICU and 4:1 for PCU • Work with critical care equipment, burn ICU and trauma ICU technology • Use Meditech electronic medical record system • Required to work 2 weekends per pay period • May float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or any PCU unit • Perform typical procedures including wound care, codes, EVDs, and MTP • Must have trauma, burn, and surgical ICU experience • Strong communication and critical thinking skills required • BSN and CCRN certification preferred • Team-based environment where asking questions and helping others is encouraged • Required certification: RN license • Dress code: Royal blue scrubsFacility:This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive trauma and burn ICU with 30 beds and a team of 85 staff members.
