Occupational Therapist Job in Twin Falls, ID

You will work as an Occupational Therapist at St Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,628.

Schedule and Hours

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rotating weekend schedule; you may be assigned weekends as part of your regular rotation
• Orientation consists of 2–3 days in your department with Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts during onboarding
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• Client may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
• No self-scheduling available

Role Responsibilities

• Float between acute inpatient and rehabilitation units, with potential ICU coverage based on your experience and facility need
• Treat 10–12 patients per day
• Work with diagnoses including orthopedic total joints, neurological strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical cases, and general ICU patients
• Use the EPIC electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings
• First-time travelers are acceptable
• Current BLS certification
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

• Scrubs are permitted but must not match other department colors; a color list will be provided upon hire
