Cath Lab Technologist Job in Aurora, CO

Join HCA HealthONE Aurora as a Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a 4x10 schedule with rotating weekend coverage. This is your opportunity to apply advanced procedural skills in a high-acuity cardiac environment.

About the Role

You will work in a dedicated Cath Lab procedural area with 8 holding bays and 4 Cath/EP suites, supporting a team structure that maintains a 3-to-1 staff-to-patient ratio. Your responsibilities include operating Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and CardioLab EP equipment, and documenting procedures using the Meditech EMR system.

You'll assist with a full range of procedures, including:

• Left and right heart catheterizations (LHC, RHC)
• EP ablations, pacemaker and ICD placements
• Cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
• Tilt table testing

What You'll Bring

You must have a minimum of 6 months of current Cath Lab Tech experience. Required certifications include BLS and ARRT (R). You must hold or be willing to apply for RCIS or RCES registration; if you hold either, you must be willing to apply for Colorado Fluoroscopy Operator registration with DORA prior to your start date. ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification is preferred.

Scrubbing and monitoring experience in the Cath Lab, as well as proficiency with EP/Structural Heart and Right Heart monitoring, are preferred. Prior experience with Meditech is a plus.

Call Schedule

In addition to your day shift work, you'll participate in a rotating on-call schedule consisting of two weekends and 9–12 days of call per 6-week period.
