Radiation Therapist Job in Crown Point, IN

Franciscan Health Crown Point is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our outpatient oncology radiation therapy department. This is a full-time position offering stable, predictable scheduling with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Shift start time varies based on patient schedule
• No weekend shifts
• No call requirements

Role Responsibilities

• Treat up to 20 outpatient patients per day
• Operate Varian Trilogy Linear Accelerator equipment
• Document patient care using EMR systems including EPIC and Varian ARIA
• Work collaboratively within the outpatient radiation therapy setting
• Maintain grey scrubs at all times
• No float assignments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT (T) certification
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Ability to manage stress and handle scheduling adjustments
• Patient-centered, team-oriented approach

Compensation and Duration

This is a 56-week travel assignment with a weekly pay rate of $2,791. Assignment start date is October 5, 2026.
