PCU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You will deliver direct patient care in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU), focusing on adult cardiac telemetry and cardiac step-down patients. This role offers the opportunity to provide intermediate-level monitoring and clinical support in a collaborative hospital environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care for patients requiring cardiac telemetry monitoring and step-down level care
• May float to other units as needed to support hospital operations
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient changes
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care
• Document patient assessments and interventions in the electronic health record

What you bring:

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry or cardiac step-down experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of adult cardiac patient populations and intermediate-level care requirements

Assignment details:

• Location: MetroHealth Main Campus, Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: 3x12 rotating shifts
• Duration: 56 weeks
• Start date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,496.60
