MRI Technologist Job in Waterbury, CT

Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, CT is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 90-day travel assignment. You'll work day shifts in a fast-paced imaging environment, performing MRI scans and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure.

Schedule & Compensation

• Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 8-hour day shifts
• $2,595 per week
• 90-day assignment starting August 31, 2026

Your Role

As an MRI Technologist, you'll operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment, position patients, and maintain detailed imaging protocols. You'll communicate clearly with patients to ease anxiety, monitor vital signs during procedures, and ensure all safety standards are met. Your work directly supports physicians in diagnosing and treating patient conditions.

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential (MRI Technologist certification or equivalent)
• Weekend availability required, including Saturday shifts
• Ability to work consistent day shifts in a hospital setting
