Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Work Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break provided
• Treat 8-12 patients per day, typically averaging around 10 patients
• Typically perform 1 evaluation per day, schedule may vary based on clinic needs
• Work in outpatient clinic setting focusing primarily on orthopedic patients
• Occasionally treat higher level neurological patients
• Pelvic floor experience is a plus
• Must be proficient with computer use
• Knowledge of EPIC EMR helpful but not required as training will be provided
• Aides available to assist with treatment as needed
• One PTA currently on staff for support
• Patient scheduling handled by clinic, therapists do not self-schedule
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Dress code: Teal scrubs or business uniform allowed
• Must test negative for nicotine/cotinine on drug screen
• No weekend requirements
• Clinic closed most major holidays, may be open on minor holidays
• Department orientation includes clinic policies, procedures, and EPIC EMR training
