CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>CT Technologist - CT Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work night shifts with 7 on/7 off schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM and Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM<br>• Operate 3 CT scanners (primarily use 2), with Siemens equipment preferred (backup scanner is Toshiba)<br>• Perform 10-15 scans per shift on average, including CVA, basic chest/abdomen/pelvis, traumas, cardiac studies, pediatrics, and special needs patients<br>• Cover entire hospital including ER and outpatients (no IR procedures)<br>• Work independently on night shift from 3:30-6:00 AM<br>• Must have completed at least 1 CT travel assignment previously<br>• Preferred ability to start IVs<br>• Required certifications: ARRT (CT) Registry and BLS Certification<br>• Use EPIC EMR system and McKesson/Change Healthcare PACS<br>• Weekend work may require 12-hour shifts depending on facility needs<br>• Up to 3 shifts of department-specific orientation provided<br>• Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs<br>• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility features a comprehensive radiology department with advanced imaging capabilities including multiple CT scanners and modern diagnostic equipment. The facility operates as a Level 3 trauma center providing acute care services with in-house radiologists during day hours and remote radiology support overnight.
