Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week with every other weekend required
• No on-call or holiday requirements
• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans for patients ranging from therapy level to PCU level of care
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:5, flexed to 1:6
• Assess patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality care
• Deliver patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning
• Recognize and respond to patient complications and changes in condition
• Supervise and delegate appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Active Ohio RN license required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required
• Experience providing patient-centered care and managing multiple priorities required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• EPIC and Pyxis experience preferred; training available
• HARP/CPI preferred; training available
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius
