RN - OR

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts with weekends as scheduled
• Rotating call requirement - evening call from 6:45 PM to 11:15 PM with a 30-minute response time
• One to two weekend calls every six-week schedule, consisting of three to four call shifts per weekend
• Call rooms available at the hospital
• Holiday coverage handled through rotating call schedule
• Facility operates 13 OR suites and 2 minor procedure rooms averaging 60-70 cases per day
• Common cases include General, OB/GYN, Neuro, Vascular, Endovascular, Ortho, Plastics, Interventional Pain, ENT, Eyes, and Da Vinci Robot procedures
• Scrubbing required for RN role
• Charting completed in EPIC
• Floating may be required between compatible service lines based on comfort level
• Orientation typically consists of 2 shifts in the OR with potential for additional shifts as needed, paired with experienced staff during initial call shifts
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• ACLS preferred, BSN not required
• Valid driver's license copy must be submitted with application
