Occupational Therapist Job in Friendship, WI

Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 12-week travel assignment in Friendship, WI. You'll work 5x8 day shifts—either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM—with 40 guaranteed hours per week and no on-call or callback requirements.

Your Role

You'll split your time between inpatient, swingbed, and observation settings (50%+) and outpatient elderly and chronic pain populations (50%). Your caseload will include 6–10 patients per day, with treatment focus on total joint replacements, low back and neck pain, chronic pain conditions, and post-surgical recovery. You may have possible weekend rotation, though it's unlikely; flexibility is required but no holiday coverage is mandated.

What You'll Need

• Graduate degree from an accredited OT program
• Wisconsin OT License (required)
• AHA BLS Certification (required)
• Minimum 2–5+ years of experience preferred
• Experience in both hospital and outpatient settings
• Epic charting experience preferred
