Job Details:

• Assist physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose, monitor, and treat simple to complex conditions, defects, and/or diseases without surgery
• Perform procedures including cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, angiography, device implantation, biopsies, thrombectomy, embolization, and pain management
• Utilize highly specialized radiologic equipment including Philips and Siemens imaging systems
• Document procedures in Epic; hemosystem documentation completed in Xper
• Perform and support STEMI, Shock, VAD, ECMO, and Structural Heart procedures
• Act as scrub tech while assisting providers during procedures and maintain strict sterile field adhering to safety protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide comfort and support throughout
• Transfer images and data to appropriate electronic health systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform quality control checks, cleaning, disinfecting, and equipment maintenance per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines
• Provide on-call clinical coverage outside regularly scheduled duty hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as assigned
• Minimum 2 recent years of experience in Cath lab required
• ARRT certification required
• Stepdown/PCU experience required
• Travel experience required
