CNA - CNA Med Surg

Job Details:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit setting
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Follow all facility protocols and safety guidelines to ensure quality patient care
