CT Technologist Job in Memphis, TN

Methodist University Hospital in Memphis is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour day shifts each week, scheduled Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The weekly pay is $2,423.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging across a wide range of procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, vascular, and musculoskeletal imaging
• Prepare and administer contrast media
• Perform peripheral IV starts and venipuncture
• Execute advanced imaging techniques including 3D rendering, maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Apply multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and region of interest measurement (ROI) techniques
• Operate PACS systems and Epic charting software
• Serve adult and geriatric patients in a four-room CT department
• Collaborate with interpretation services for interdisciplinary support

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional degree
• Minimum 2 years recent CT Technologist experience
• At least 1 completed prior travel assignment
• Certifications: ARRT (CT), ARRT R, and BLS
• Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Proficiency with PACS required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Peripheral IV and venipuncture experience preferred

Assignment Details

The facility is a Trauma Level I center. The start date is November 2, 2026. All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; requests submitted after an offer is made will not be honored. If the assignment includes end-of-year holidays, you must be willing to work at least 2 of 3 holidays if all three fall within the assignment period, or at least 1 if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment. The 50-mile radius rule applies; local travelers are not accepted. Schedule may change during the interview process based on manager needs.
