About this role
Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is seeking an Electrophysiology Technician to join its cardiology team in Stuart, Florida. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026.
Position Overview
You will support electrophysiology procedures in a fast-paced cardiac lab environment. You will perform EP lab procedures, dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, AICD insertion and programming, pacemaker insertion, tilt table studies, and arrhythmia recognition. Room circulation and sterile field maintenance are core responsibilities.
Schedule and Compensation
This position offers a 4x10 day shift schedule at $2,414 per week. Guaranteed hours are 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 shifts. On-call responsibilities are required. You may float to all three hospitals within the Martin North campus (Martin North, South, and Tradition) within a 20-mile radius.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months EP lab experience required; 2 years preferred
- Catheterization lab, interventional radiology, and EP experience preferred
- Current AHA or Red Cross ACLS and BLS certification required
- RCVT or RCIS certification preferred
- EPIC charting system experience required
- Nicotine-free status required with negative 10-panel and cotinine drug screen
- White scrubs required
Onboarding
You will complete EKG and pharmacology assessments during orientation with a maximum of two attempts each. Non-billable modules average 6–15 hours and must be completed before your start date and annually. Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized upon assignment confirmation. All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.
