NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

Job Details:

• 12-13 week assignment duration
• Must work at least 250 miles away from facility to qualify as a traveler
• Shifts available in 8, 10, and 12-hour formats
• Call rotation requirements: one first call 11p-7a and one second call 11p-7a per month, plus one weekend day every other month
• Dedicated scrubs provided for travelers matching staff uniform colors
• Parking available in visitor parking with entry through North side, crossing to South side and taking elevator to 1st floor
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift
• Provide supervision of staff for delegated care responsibilities
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit providing specialized care to critically ill newborns
