Med Surg RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You will work as a Resource Float Pool RN at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This position offers flexible scheduling to meet your needs, with night shifts available on a 5x8 schedule. You will work 40 hours per week for an 89-week assignment beginning May 25, 2026, at a weekly rate of $2,482.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple units, including Med Surg departments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and delivering direct patient care
• Assessing patient health problems and developing nursing care plans
• Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition
• Managing IV skills, IV medications, tube feedings, and light wound care
• Documenting care using the electronic medical record system
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to support specialized areas including physical therapy, occupational therapy, substance use disorder services, and pain management

You will demonstrate strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and care coordination. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.

To be considered, you must hold a compact nursing license and meet all licensing requirements for the State of New Hampshire. You should be available to start in May 2026 and able to commit to the full 89-week duration of this assignment.
