Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 13-week contract
• 12-hour night shift schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• May float to other like units and facilities based on census as needed
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Work on a 53-bed Med Surg unit with patient ratios of 1:7-8
• Must be able to read telemetry
• Experience with insulin and cardiac drips required
• Minimum 3-5 years of Med Surg experience required
• Short term acute care hospital experience required
• At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred
• EPIC charting experience required within the last 12 months
• Strong documentation skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage change well
• Required certifications: BLS, WI or Compact nursing license
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Any scrub color accepted
