Registered Nurse - ER @ Sutter Health Tracy Community Hospital

Job Details:

• Provide emergency nursing care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Maintain 4:1 patient ratio during days, nights, and weekends
• Work minimum of every other weekend with occasional back-to-back weekend coverage
• No guaranteed block or grouped shifts available
• Complete 52 hours of orientation including non-billable modules (average 1-5 hours)
• Work in 14-room emergency department with daily census of 112
• Required certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS (all certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Provide care for various conditions including trauma, cardiac events, respiratory infections, mental health conditions, and pediatric emergencies
• Skills include IV management, blood product administration, ventilator care, arterial line management, and procedural sedation
• Work with interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services
