About this role

You will work as a CT Technologist at Finger Lakes Health Geneva General Hospital, located at 196 North St, Geneva, NY. This is a full-time position on a 3x12 days schedule, with a 96-week contract beginning July 13, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,445.30.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform technical radiographic assignments using CT and radiologic technology principles
  • Operate radiographic, CT, image processors, and related equipment across different modalities with accuracy
  • Conduct diagnostic radiographic studies and operate portable diagnostic radiographic equipment
  • Evaluate images for quality and demonstrate accurate positioning based on procedure guidelines
  • Provide patient care for infant, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Perform radiographic and CT studies with and without IV contrast enhancement, including brain, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, spine, facial, and extremities
  • Maintain competency in two specific modalities
  • Demonstrate flexibility for emergency call coverage on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ensure proper radiation protection for self, patients, and personnel through collimation, lead shielding, and appropriate techniques
  • Utilize RIS and PACS systems to enter and edit patient exams, charges, and documentation
  • Follow NYSDOH Part 16 guidelines and perform required quality control activities
  • Provide clear instructions during procedures to help calm patients and relieve stress

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT certification
  • New York State License
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year CT Tech experience with solid Rad Tech/X-Ray experience or C-Arm experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Siemens equipment experience
