PACU - Post Anesthesia Care

Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - PACU

Job Details:

• 13-week contract
• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census
• Weekend and holiday on-call rotation required
• Weekend call approximately once every 6-7 weeks, beginning Friday at 3:30 PM (or at the end of the scheduled shift) through Monday at 7:00 AM
• Weeknight call approximately once every other week, beginning at 3:30 PM (or at the end of the scheduled shift) through 7:00 AM the following morning
• Minimum 2+ years of PACU experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Required certifications: Active WI or compact RN License, AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Charting experience with Epic required
• Strong time management, dependability, compassion, and positive attitude expected
