Emergency Department RN Job in Granbury, TX

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a travel position with a 91-day duration, starting July 13, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, nights only (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM)
• Patient ratio: 3 or 4 patients per nurse
• No call responsibilities
• No floating to other units
• No 48-hour shifts

Work Environment

You will work in a 10-room, 19 bed/chair emergency department handling trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases. The facility uses the MEDHOST electronic medical records system.

Compensation and Schedule

Weekly pay is $1,839.60 for the 91-day contract term.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS certification required
• PALS or ENPC (AHA or ARC) required
• Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience
• Travel experience preferred
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Titers must be submitted with application
