Opportunity:

RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Work in cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) with 5 ORs including 3 open and 2 hybrid rooms
• 1:1 patient ratio providing focused, individualized care
• Required to have strong cardiovascular surgery experience
• Must maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications
• RN license required
• CNOR certification preferred
• May float to Spine OR as needed
• Work with procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, and heart transplants
• Weekends and nights covered by call shifts
• On-call protocol requires 45-minute response time from phone call to clocking into unit
• Work with Meditech EMR system
• Scrubs provided for OR staff
• Must fit well with healthcare organization culture
