RN (Registered Nurse)

Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Call responsibilities required with 6-10 call shifts per schedule (30-minute response time required)
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
• Holiday work incorporated into rotation
• Arizona RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• RN responsibilities include circulating (no scrubbing required)
• Handle 10-25 cases per day in cardiac catheterization lab
• Work with 3 main cath lab beds plus 1 EP lab and 1 hybrid lab for both vascular and cardiac cases
• Use Phillips and Siemens equipment
• EMR systems: Cerner and Xper
• Scrubs provided by facility
• 2-day facility-specific orientation
• Common procedures include interventional cardiology, EP lab cases, peripheral procedures, mitral clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement
• Level I trauma experience preferred; will consider busy Level II trauma experience
• Work alongside rad techs who handle both circulating and scrubbing roles
• 24/7 RT and pharmacy support available
