PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule
• Weekly guaranteed hours: minimum 36, maximum 40 hours (no overtime until 40 hours is reached)
• No weekend hours required
• No on-call requirements
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Work in an outpatient setting with 1:1 patient ratios
• 45-minute evaluation and treatment sessions with an expected 87% scheduled patient rate
• Treat general adult orthopedic, balance, and generalized weakness cases
• May be asked to float to support SNF unit or transfer to inpatient or outpatient settings as needed
• Use standard outpatient physical therapy equipment
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system
• Dress code: No scrub color requirement, but no open-toe shoes, jeans, or scents permitted
• Positive, cooperative, patient-centered personality with ability to ask questions preferred
