ED Registered Nurse Job in Waukesha, WI

Join ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse in our 17-bed Emergency Department. This per diem position offers the flexibility and hourly rates you're seeking while working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Role: You'll provide direct patient care in the ED, managing acute and emergency cases with a trauma level II designation. Float assignments to our Oconomowoc and Mukwonago facilities may occur based on unit census and your clinical skills.
• Requirements: Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact license required. You must have 2+ years of nursing experience and current EPIC charting proficiency (within the last 12 months). Required certifications include BLS (American Heart), NIHSS Stroke, ACLS, and PALS.
• Schedule: 3x12 night shifts. Guaranteed set hours per week except during unit holiday closures. Interview availability Monday through Friday is required.
• Education: Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing required.
• Dress Code: Any scrubs acceptable.

The hiring process includes a manager phone interview and MSP interview. Float assignments are approved collaboratively by you, the unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency based on your clinical skills.
