Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Brownwood, TX

Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient clinic work. You'll work 5x8 hour day shifts in a community hospital setting, treating patients across all age groups—from infants and pediatrics through geriatrics.

What You'll Do:

• Treat approximately 6 patients per day with a daily census of 48 visits
• Address diverse diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports medicine
• Potentially cover weekend shifts in acute care once per month, though coverage may not be required
• Work with an interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Interpretation Services, and Unit Secretary support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in physical therapy
• Valid physical therapy license in hand at time of submittal
• BLS certification required
• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Must be available to complete 6–8 hours of non-billable orientation modules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manual Therapy or Dry Needling certification
• Altera charting experience
• Travel healthcare experience
• Community hospital experience

Assignment duration is 91 days, with a start date of May 11, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,822.40.
