Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work as Oncology IV Room Coordinator in the Cancer Center Pharmacy<br>• Temp-to-perm opportunity available with no obligation for conversion<br>• Most hours will be set hours during the week with willingness to accept call back when necessary<br>• Must be graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Program with current state licensure<br>• Must demonstrate ability to use Pharmacy computer system after training period<br>• Required to demonstrate knowledge and skills for providing care appropriate to disease and age of patients served<br>• Must possess ability to assess patient data and interpret information to identify patient requirements<br>• Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span required<br>• Prior Cancer Center experience highly preferred<br>• EPIC experience preferred<br>• First time travelers and pending license acceptable<br>• Minimum 1 year of experience considered<br>• Must be willing to float within hospital as needed<br>• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility<br>• Two professional references from assignments within last 12 months required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center featuring a specialized Cancer Center with a dedicated pharmacy department.
