PCU Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

Join Grady Memorial Hospital's 28-bed Progressive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse. You'll deliver skilled intermediate care to patients with acute cardiac conditions, including those presenting with STEMI, NSTEMI, and chest pain requiring close monitoring and intervention.

Your Role:

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:3–4 in a dedicated cardiac-focused PCU
• Administer and monitor cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
• Perform continuous cardiac assessment and telemetry interpretation
• May be assigned to telemetry beds within the same unit for lower-acuity patients as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of documented PCU experience in a similar-sized facility
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts
• Duration: 54 weeks
• Start date: July 6, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,847.75
