<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - PCU</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts with guaranteed 48 hours per week (will not accept 36 hours)<br>• 8-week contract length with ASAP start date<br>• No blocked schedule requests accepted<br>• Float throughout Cardiac Progressive Care and Telemetry inpatient areas<br>• May be tasked as an aide if assistance needed<br>• Every other weekend and holiday requirements<br>• Patient ratio of 1:5<br>• Required certifications: KY/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS<br>• EKG test required during compliance process<br>• Minimum 2 years of experience with Level I or II Trauma Experience required<br>• EPIC charting experience required<br>• Tele strip interpretation is mandatory<br>• Must be able to initiate and titrate cardiac drips based on patient acuity<br>• Care for post catheterization patients (femoral and radial), chest pain and MI patients<br>• Black scrubs required<br>• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor&#39;s Degree preferred<br>• Must be hard worker, resilient, and manage change well<br>• 75 mile radius rule applies</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with specialized cardiac progressive care and telemetry units.
