Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work Monday/Wednesday 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM and Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM for 36 hours per week
• Outpatient facility treating diagnoses including orthopedics, neurology, vestibular, and oncology
• See approximately 9 patients per day
• Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• No call responsibilities required
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Must have Georgia license in hand prior to submission
• Minimum 1 year of experience required - accepts first-time travelers
• Required certifications: BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• 40 hours of orientation with non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length
• Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract
• Holiday coverage required based on assignment period
• Full compliance required to start on time with all documents due Tuesday prior to start date
