OR RN Job in Webster, TX

Join HCA Houston Clear Lake as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. You will work as a circulating nurse providing direct patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment with an 18-bed OR suite.

Your Role

• Function as a circulating nurse across all surgical service lines
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio during cases
• Work with advanced surgical equipment including the XI robotic system
• Perform all case types except transplants
• Utilize the Meditech EMR system for documentation and communication
• Adapt quickly to varying case complexities and surgical specialties

Shift and Schedule

Day shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Call coverage is required, including weekend call duties. Day shift staffing typically includes 4 Charge Nurse Coordinators, 16–18 RNs, and 16–18 Certified Surgical Technologists, depending on OR utilization.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated circulating experience across multiple surgical service lines
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume OR setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
