RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 3x12 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• Call requirements as required by facility
• Must float as needed throughout facility
• 4+ years of nursing experience required
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• Utilize nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain professional accountability for patient care provision
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Work with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Dress code requires black scrubs
• Perform duties consistent with facility mission, values, and service standards
